The Connection Corner Policies

Snacks, Allergies, and Wellness
- The Connection Corner is not a nut-free facility. If your child does have any allergies or health concerns, please communicate those details at the time of registration kelly@theconnectioncorner.org and let us know. We strive to accommodate for our students and families as much as possible.
- When it comes to sickness, a participant must be fever free for 24 hours before attending.
Registration Process
- All registration is done through MindBody, either using the free app or on our website (listed as The Connection Corner)
- In most cases, advanced registration is not required but it is strongly encouraged as space is limited.
- Payment is collected after class using the MindBody app. You can add your card on file using the app or it can be entered manually at The Connection Corner. With your permission, cards can be saved on file and will be run after classes. This makes the process very easy and efficient!
Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your registration for a class up to 3 hours before for a full credit.
- If you cancel class outside of the 3 hour window, you will be charged for the class. Thank you for understanding.
- If groups at The Connection Corner need to be canceled due to inclement weather or illness, we will make every attempt to contact you with as much advanced notice as possible. You will not be charged for class.
Drop-Off Policy
- Most of the groups at The Connection Corner are drop-off. Communicate with the teacher if you’d like to stay. You are welcome to sit outside at the tables, walk around Downtown Southern Pines, grab a coffee, or even sit in your car. The time is yours!
- Mindfulness & Sensory Play, Toddler Yoga & Mindfulness, and Baby Yoga Movement & Mindfulness are "grown-up+child" only; a grown-up is required stay with their child. Due to limited space, we kindly ask that just one grown-up attends per child. Thank you for understanding.
