Yoga & Mindfulness
In each of our yoga & mindfulness programs, children and teens practice ways to find peace and calm in their bodies and minds through traditional yoga postures, breathwork, sensory play, free play, games, music, and art. All of our yoga & mindfulness groups are designed to meet the needs of all types of learners and movers. Consistent rhythms, predictable routines, and small class size ensure that all children are supported, engaged, and safe.
Why yoga? Why mindfulness?
Yoga and mindfulness have been shown to improve both physical and mental health in children of all ages. Yoga and mindfulness practices can improve focus, balance, self-esteem, academic performance, and classroom behavior, and can even reduce anxiety and stress in children.
